Registration

All booking requests require users to register with this site. Once registered, you can view and manage your bookings, quickly add new bookings and view any invoices you have been issued.

Request a booking

Fill out the form on this page to submit a booking request. Our admin team will review your request, confirm the price and availability of your time slots and equipment and reply to you as soon as possible.

Please read these notes before filling in this booking request form.

1. Due to the complexity of pricing, all sessions are marked at £0/hr, but the Prices page will give an indication of our standard, one-off, part-day booking rates. Discounted rates are available for whole or multi-day bookings, or for regular sessions. Submitting this booking request does not imply any commitment on your part. Upon receipt of this booking request we will get back to you within 48hrs confirming the price, at which point you can either confirm or cancel your request. The advantage of using this booking request form rather than the form on the Contact page is that your chosen date will be held for you.

2. When you fill in the form you will be asked to select your date and times from the calendar. Once you have done this please ensure that you scroll down the page and fill in the rest of the form, or your request will not be submitted.
